The pasta made by Cascina Stella follows the gastronomic tradition of the area, renewed over time by preparing thin sheets of egg pasta stuffed with authentic and delicious fillings, made according to the old traditional recipes handed down from our grandparents. The Cascina Stella fresh pasta is immediately frozen once it has been made which permits it to maintain its organoleptic and nutritional properties unaltered over time.

COOKING METHOD AND TIME
The Cascina Stella frozen pasta should be cooked from frozen in plenty of boiling water: in 4 to 5 minutes the pasta is ready to drain.
In the freezer compartment of the refrigerator: generally the temperature is about -18°C and it is advisable to consume the pasta within 2 months at the most. In the deep freezer: generally the temperature is about -20°C and it is advisable to consume the pasta within 12 months at the most.
