Cooked Salami

Historical sausage of the Piedmontese peasant tradition, it is rediscovering itself as a typicality of the territory that surprises for its pleasant, round and aromatic taste. Cascina Stella's cooked salami is made with pork shoulders, throats and cheeks, mixed with wine and garlic. With careful and delicate cooking, it can also be served hot.
