Thanks to the profound knowledge of the territory, of the feed and of the origin of the animals, Cascina Stella uses cuts of pork from selected pigs for the preparation of cured meats and salamis all made according to old family recipes.

Shoulders, thighs and belly pork are all prepared by hand using the ancient and laborious trimming process. The meats are then encased in natural casings and tied by hand one by one.

All Cascina Stella meats do not contain milk or added milk derivatives.
