Fresh egg pasta is typical of the Piedmont tradition and usually eaten on Sundays or for special occasions. Made with simple ingredients, Cascina Stella fresh pasta is made using family recipes handed down through the generations: durum wheat flour, plain flour, eggs and water, a long and laborious preparation process bestows the palate with the joy of simplicity .

Cascina Stella fresh pasta is only sold in our shop in Portacomaro Stazione, in via Statale 67/D: from Tuesday to Saturday from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.30; Thursday from 8.00 to 13.00; open on Sunday morning.
